Joao & Sophia Mordomo
Crossover Global and BAM Global
João Mordomo co-founded Crossover Gloval when he was 20 years old, and currently serves as vice-chairman. He has lived in Brazil since 1996, where he met and married Sophia. (Pseudonyms used to protect their identity) As a missionary family, they work training, sending and supporting missionaries and national church planters to work among unreached people groups. Crossover Global serves in more than 35 countries and has planted over 3,700 churches among the world’s unreached peoples.
João is also a founding board member and Executive Director of BAM Global, a network that champions the role of business in God’s global mission and invigorates the global business as mission (BAM) movement by discovering and disseminating BAM best practices, developing and sharing BAM resources, and gathering and empowering BAM practitioners.
