Music Ensembles at Aldersgate:

Sanctuary Choir: Leads worship at the 8:00 and 11:00 services.

• ages high school through adult.
• Thursday Rehearsals (6:30 pm – 7:30 pm in Choir Room).
• Listen to music at JW Pepper Online.  Email Barbara for further instructions.

Worship Team: Leads worship at the 9:30 service.

• ages high school through adult.
  
• The worship team has a commitment and passion for seeing people connect with Christ in a real and passionate way with fresh songs of worship.
• Led by worship leaders Nick Sebastian, Loralynne Ball, Martin Harvey, Savannah Sawicki, Shawn Gearhart, Chris Ball, Tina Edwards and Shawn Edwards.

Fusion Band: Leads youth worship every Wednesdays @ 8pm (Youth Hall).

• Youth Ministry Worship team made up of junior and senior high school students that combine regularly for a united, loud and Jesus-filled Worship experience.
• The worship team is committed to reaching other students and helping them connect and develop a relationship with Christ.

Bell Ensemble: Provides special music for all three services.

• ages middle school and up
• Wednesday Rehearsals (6:35 – 7:15 in Choir Room)
• Bells now meet EVERY week.

1-C-12: Provides special music once per month at the 8:00 and 11:00 services.

• Thursday Rehearsals, 2nd & 4th of the month

Gospel Opry: Seasonal Worship Services, Saturday @ 6:30 pm (Sanctuary).

• Contact the church office for the Opry Schedule.
• Services (about 13 per year) are followed by dessert socials in the FLC.
• Led by the Bluegrass group Willow.
• Willow recently celebrated 10 years of ministry at Aldersgate.

Special Music at Aldersgate:

Ash Wednesday: Service at 7:00 pm, February 13,  in Sanctuary

• Readings from the Gospel of Mark, special music, prayer & imposition of ashes.

Maundy Thursday: Service at 7:00 pm, March 28, in FLC Worship Center.

• Celebrate the Lord’s Supper with Holy Communion.

Good Friday: Service at 7:00 pm, March 29, in Sanctuary.

• A powerful service reflecting on the great LOVE of Christ and His sacrifice for us on the cross.  “It’s Friday…but Sunday’s Coming!”

Resurrection Sunday: Services at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, on Sunday, March 31.

• Celebrate the risen Lord with us this Easter.  “Hallelujah!  What a Savior!”

Christmas Cantata: Services @ 9:00 am & 11:00 am Sunday, in Sanctuary.

• Held annually on the Third Sunday of Advent.
• This year: December 16, 2012

Christmas Eve: Services @ 5:30 pm & 8:00 pm on December 24.
